Same place as usual Warwick Farm Racecourse on the Hume Hwy. Entry is by ticket only (cars must be damage, rust and primer free). More details will be posted soon and Theo will make reports as the day gets closer. A updated list of members displaying cars will be posted soon. A number of members have volunteered to help out, we will advise you on the special meetings for you and thanks again for your help.

Due to the ongoing construction work at Warwick Farm racecourse it appears that the area normally made available for the All Ford Day will be somewhat reduced.

The bad news for us and indeed all the clubs is that the number of tickets will be resticted to the same number as last year. Some of the larger clubs like the Mustangs and GT clubs are infact having their numbers significantly reduced.

So make sure you get in early and remain 100% committed as it would be ashame for others to miss out on a spot because of last minute cancellations.

Great news As some of you may be aware ticket numbers for AFD were to stay the same if not lowered for clubs this year due to constuction at Warwick Farm. The good news is we have been moved to a different location this year and have a much larger space so ticket numbers are not a problem. I'll post a map with the new area and start the updated list on here. It looks like we will have atleast 45 cars if not more on display with the motorsport section as we wanted so start to get your cars ready. There will be a new entrance for us so keep posted as Theo gives updates.

Shouldn't be a problem Stephen, just find some time or buy some and remove a finger.

As mentioned above we now have 45 tickets for All Ford Day. The display area for our club has been moved to the grassed area infront of the 2 main grandstands. An additional walkthrough of the area has been organised for Saturday 28th June at 1.00pm (so don't forget your tape measure Roy).

This year there will be NO entrance into the event from the Hume Hwy gates. You must use the Function Centre gates on Gov. Macquarie Drive. More importantly you will NOT be allowed to turn right into these gates if you are approaching from the Chipping Norton end of Gov. Macquarie Drive. You need to enter Gov. Macquarie Drive from the Hume Hwy then turn left into the Function Centre gates.

As all the clubs will now be entering via these gates it is even more important that we get in early and are set up ready to go before 9.00am. The gates will be open for entry at 6.30am on the day. The concourse car must be in and setup at 8.00am.

When Roy hands out the tickets (its actually a sticker) you must have this attached to your windscreen so you can gain entry on the day. Make sure you have attached it before you turn up. You will not be allowed to pull over and attach it before entry, forgetting to attach it or having it in your hand will not gain you entry under any circumstances. You will be forced to join with the General display area and have to pay $20.00 to do so.

Will update again after the walk through.

I will be placing a map of the new way to get into W/Farm, our display area and car parking for spectators after the walk around on Saturday.

This is the map for members who are displaying their cars (remember to put your sticker/ticket on your windscreen before you get to the show), not in the queue. To save yourself any trouble on the day enter Governor Macquarie Dr from the Hume Hwy end as there is no right turn into the function centre entrance.

This map is for members coming out to have a look, you can see wear the $10 secure parking is. This is a left turn only off GM Dr from the Newbridge Rd end. Remember $10 per car, everyone inside is free (about a 7 min walk underbridge to the show. The only other parking is the car park off GM Dr opp Peter Warren Ford (cnr Hume Hwy). You then walk accross road to function centre entrance $2 entry per person. Please note no access via Hume Hwy by car or person.
