Come join us for a leisurely cruise to Norah Head and a sausage sizzle BBQ lunch.
The cruise will start from the Cowan Rest Area – Truck Stop (the old toll gate area), 9:30am meet for a 10:00am start, and head up the old Pacific Hwy to rejoin the M1 at Mt White. From there we continue our leisurely strolls up the M1 to the Toukley turnoff, then onto the Norah Head Lighthouse. (About 80Km in total) The Norah Head lighthouse offers an opportunity for a stroll around the grounds and to take some photos of the view. There is also (for those feeling energetic) a path that leads down to the beach and rocks below.
After a break at the Lighthouse we will be traveling back 2.5Km to the Jenny Dixon Reserve for our sausage sizzle BBQ lunch. I will post the full driving direction closer to the date; hope to see you all there.
