Our annual cruise to the world famous Mt Panorama circuit in Bathurst is on Sunday 16th June 2013. This is the weekend after the June long weekend holiday.
We will be meeting at our usual spot of the McDonalds carpark next to the Winford Motors dealership on Windsor Rd, McGraths Hill at 9.00am.
From there we will cruise on up the Bells Line of Roads through Lithgow and on to the circuit. We will cruise around the circuit before heading off to the Museum and then lunch.
We usually invite other clubs along which makes for a great scene on the starting grid of the circuit.

This I going to be a great one.
I was thinking we could do a lunch at a pace better than Maccas. If everyone else is keen I can arrange lunch at a top place.
Its called The Schnitzel bar - http://www.theschnitzelbar.com.au/
Its a top place for a feed & has good off street parking where we can eat & have a good view of the cars |

We will be departing at approx 9.30am. No scenic route this time, Neale tells me there are road works at the moment so we shall stick to the normal route.

We cant do the scenic route anymore Jim. They are fixing up a few sections that had some potholes around Lake Lyell, & the only other option would be to go via Oberon which would add an extra 40km & an hour drive time to the trip. |

Thank you to all those who came along today, another great turn out. It was a terrific run although a couple of cars had some trouble, the weather was great with plenty of sunshine and not to cool temperature wise at the mountain. A heap of fun as always getting in some laps of the track. And a big thanks to Neale for the lunch stop, the food was very good. Thanks to George who bought along some of his camera equipment, especially the eye in the sky, should be some great video from that angle. Here are some of my photos, hopefully Neale and Co will have some better shots coming soon.
