Phil, did you have any luck working out an electronic transfer at all?
Otherwise I'll just shoot to the post office and sort out a money order.

Hi Peter,

We have the club account with the Commonwealth Bank but dont have easy access to confirm deposits other than visiting the branch or waiting for statements. If you are happy too, you can direct deposit into my account and I will give the $$ to Hilton next week.

Cheers,

Phil.

Hi Jeremy,

As Mark has said, the total cost for the day is $150 per driver if you already have a cams L2S licience and if you dont, you will need a Wakefield Park Licience, which I think is about $50.00. As for track time...it will be more than any non professional motorsport driver can handle...you will be exhausted before the day is over

Cheers,

Phil.

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update on the final pricing structure for the day

SFCC Members $150
Invited Club Members $170 - Invited Clubs are currently HBFG,RSOC,CAP and Capri Clubs.
Non Club Members $195 - which includes SFCC Membership.

Please note that club membership is required for public liability cover for the day.

You will need either a current CAMS L2S licence(or higher) or a current Wakefield licence to run.

You wont get more time on the track in one day than you will at this event

This is going to be great fun!

I have a few questions...

How much is a Wakefield licence?
Will other club members (not including invited clubs) be allowed to attend? Maybe just an option at a later date if we don't reach required numbers?
Will there be any passenger sessions?

Hi Sean,

The Wakefield Licence is $50 at present, a CAMS L2S licence is about $110 from memory

Members of 'non small ford clubs' are welcome up to a total of 35 entries, entry will be $195 and includes membership, members of invited club's can enter for $170 We will be closing off entries for non SFCC members once the total entries reach 35...beyond that it will be SFCC only. If we get to 40 entries it is quite likely that that will be the limit for the day.

We are encouraging early commitment to the event as this type of day is not possible without a large level of support and prior commitment due to the costs involved. It is possible if entering is left until much closer to the event that all places will be full. We do need everyone's help with this If any members are concerned about not having their car ready for the day and are holding off entering for this reason, please feel welcome to bring the family car along as a substitute if required and get your entry in asap

If Wakefield allow passengers, we will run a few passenger sessions after the initial 'get the feel of the track sessions', much like the last events at Marulan.

Hopefully Hilton can confirm the passenger situation.

Regards,

Phil.
