Hi Everyone,
Its official, we have made the booking for Tuesday the 20th of September 2011 so put in your annual leave request's and enter now Pricing will be dependant on entrant numbers and will require a $100 deposit to secure your position. We will be taking up to 50 entrants so get in quick
Official invites will be extended to members of RSOC, RSOCVIC, CAP Club, Capri Club and HBFG over coming months

Sure can Pete, I think with this one it will be best to get a deposit in to lock in a position, I dont think there will be any trouble filling the available spots As far as deposits go, we will run it the same as usual, $100 down with the remainder to be paid closer to the day |

Either a payment at the next meeting or a cheque or money order sent to the Club PO Box will be ok. If it is easier I can PM my account details and take a direct deposit which I can then drop off to Hilton |

I am just waiting to hear if we have internet access to the club bank account to track direct deposits, if not I will put my account details up for direct deposits to be forwarded too.
