This is shaping up to be our biggest day yet...luckily we are starting at 11am We could see between 20-25 cars based on the interest shown at the last meeting

It was a really good day at the dyno 22 cars went on 3 were not club cars but 19 is a record and lots of lookers. Weather was good I'll post some photos up soon and the reports for you to compare. What the icing on the cake is that many of the guys said they will be coming out next Saturday for the workshop tour at Blasting Unlimited. Theo and I had to leave to go for a walk around the All Ford Day site and it's good news for us, I'll put a posting in the All Ford Day thread.

Many thanks to everyone who came out for the day It was our best ever and the atmosphere was incredible We had several new members join on the day as well as Yavuz our friendly tuning guru There were some great results had on the day and some niggly problems resolved or improved We even had a situation which hadnt come up before with electrical interference...the dyno wasn't playing and after all hands on deck to work it out we found that we had Scott and Chris's cars with original style solid core copper ignition leadsThis combined with the sheetmetal room we were in was creating an electrical interference storm With the day being so busy I didn't get the chance to talk to everyone about their results...if there is anything you would like to look at or go over, please let me know

Great day out. Thank you to all that came along to make it such a good experience. As usual we did not pack up until well into the night. Much deliberation about how to extract more power was discussed.

It's a shame i missed the day i was wanting to get my car back on the dyno to have a look at a couple of things, but had to work all weekend. Looks like it was a good roll-up even the 1.3's figures were good to see.

Thanx phil and mark for organising a good day, i was shocked with my result,id never let anyone else drive my car, and was a bit nervous, but new straight away it was in good hands, i always thought about 70hp, i haven't done alot to the motor, and the home made manifold with su's isn't the best option for horse power but 97.3hp, i was wrapped, i had plans to see something go wrong and then throw some more money at it, i learned that my pedal was restricted and i can get more power out of it, all the guys were great, met a few members that id never spoken to before, think i might take scotts advice and put some webbbers on it and crack the hundred next time, my only disapointment of the day was that i filmed every body elses cars, even a sigma, and my battery died in the camera when it was my turn, thanx again and thanx hilton for cooking lunch, need to get me some of that special water, and mark and phil to build my next motor

QUOTE OF THE DAY, YEAR and CENTURY:-

Award goes to Hilton. (When Escie was saying he would only get 70HP.)

" No way 70 Horsepower!!! It doesn't LOOK like a 70 Horsepower car. It LOOKS like a 97.3 horsepower car!!!!!!"

I guess you had to be there but I thought that was piss funny.
