We have started to get the invites to the 2008 NRMA Motorfest. As members know that have been in the past we must get the entry forms in quick, if you have sent yours in please tell me if not and you want to go once again please tell me. I will send one in for you with the clubs bulk invite. For those that have never been or heard of this it is a great day it attracts about 1000 cars 30 years and older, plenty of people come into the city and take a walk down the display. It is a chance for you to display your car in the city and take in the sites on Australia Day, another way of looking at it is free parking for the day.  Have a look at last years pictures we usually get between 10-15 cars from our club on the day. |

This is open to Mk1, Mk2, TC, TD and TE Cortinas - Mk1, Mk2 and BC Escorts and Mk 1 Capris. |

To all the members awaiting letters from the NRMA about Motorfest.I spoke to the co-ordinator today they are running about 10 days late with replies however he has told me that we have 27 spaces aloted for us and that's how many we sent in. So expect a letter in the mail a week or two into the new year, with this in mind the NRMA are going to move Australia Day to the 5th of February.  |

Hi everyone,
Hope you all had a good christmas!
I got my acceptance letter for the motorfest today..so that's pretty exciting...they said that the rest of the information about where to park etc will be sent out closer to the date...hopefully soon.
So I guess I will see you all there.
