The Run will be starting at Penrith and finishing not to far from that point. All details about the run are a secret till the day I will give you more updates as this run gets closer. This is a good event for the family or if you want to bring friends along. The last one had our members talking about it for months even copies were taken for other clubs to use, so don't miss it. |

I went out today and tested the run to make sure they didn't move anything or change roads, everything is fine and I think everyone will enjoy this run. You will need to buy something along the way (not expensive), we will be stoping at a cafe for lunch and after the run there will also be a place to get refreshments. Should be finished be mid afternoon depending how long you stop for lunch. The idea of the run is to have a good drive, see some nice views, have a talk to friends before - during and after the run. The questions shall keep you on your toes without ruining the drive. Some will require you to think, thats the way we have a winner of the day. |

What a great run Thanks to everyone who made it a great day Special thanks go to Roy for the time and effort that it would have taken to plan today Most of our cars were well behaved,Kyle had a quick pitstop by the side of the road which he sorted very well with some help from the support vehicle My old girl was a challenge to handle at times with the front end vibe but got us home safely |

We had 10 cars out for today's run. I hope everyone enjoyed it. From the members and their families/friends that spoke to me all remarked that we choose a great place for lunch (Mountain High Pies) and we had really good weather. I stopped at a few places and spied on people. It was funny watching the looks on your faces and the innocent public that you annoyed during the day. Another thing mentioned to me was how good the Blue Mountains Chocolate Company was and I think a lot more chocolate was bought than was needed for the question. New member Kirbee took out first place. Look what a TAFE education can get you - a bag of chocolates .I will post up the questions and answers for all to look at. Thanks to everyone that came out, not to many dramas car wise. Well not that weren't fixed quickly . One more thing to mention we attracked a bit of attention during the day I was asked a few times if we were on a car rally and even a few members got photos of their cars taken at various spots (ml Phil) . |

We really enjoyed the run today. The weather was so good and haven't been up in the mountains for ages so it was good all round. Belinda and Abby enjoyed it too so a big thanks to Roy for organising it and we look forward to the next one!!
