SPECIAL INTEREST EVENT (not a SFCC club calendar event) - 3-6 Oct 25 - Cortina Nationals 2025 - Bathurst

PROPOSED ITINERARY CORTINA NATIONALS 2025 In Bathurst:
Friday 3rd October 2025:
3.00pm till 7.00pm: Registration Collection of tickets and showbag. Clancy Ford Kelso
Saturday 4th October 2025:
8.00am till 12.00pm: Registration Collection of tickets and showbag. Bathurst Visitor Information Centre
Parking in Durham Street.
9.30am till 2.30pm: Several “Tours of local towns” has been arranged leaving at
various times with stops for lunch.
2.30pm till 2.45pm: Assemble at Mt. Panorama Track Public Car: Park Peter Gannon Drive (to be confirmed).
2.45pm till 3.00pm: Track Registration and Briefing:
3.00pm till 4.30pm: Parade laps behind pace car around the Famous Mt Panorama Circuit.
6.30pm till 11.30pm: Official Dinner. Ticketed Event at Bathurst Goldfields.
Sunday 5th October 2025:
9.00am till 10.00am: Assemble at Russell St. for the Show and Shine, details in Show bag.
10.30am till 3.30pm: Show and Shine on Russel St Bathurst (Council is closing off this
Street for this event). Judging will take place between 11.00am and
1.00pm. Please note there is no parking available for trailers
they will need to be parked in the street a few blocks away as all the close parking is angle parking.
12.30pm till 2.00pm: Lunch at one of the local Pubs or Cafes.
2.00pm till 3.00pm: Presentation of Trophies.
6.30pm till 10.00pm: Visit to the National Motor Racing Museum. Ticketed Event, Light Finger Food catering.
Monday 6th October 2025:
8.30am till 10.30am: Farewell and Breakfast at the Information Centre. (Coffee and
Bacon & Egg rolls available at Cafe). Optionalrolls available at Cafe). Optional
