| Unfortunately the club only has a limited number of tickets for this event, as the CMC only issued a limited number to every club attending, so we are asking members to put their names down if they would like to attend, a draw will be held to determine who gets those tickets and the members MUST be at the August meeting to collect the tickets. Names can be noted here on the forum by 31 July 2023. |

Helpers required
On the Saturday (19th August), we will continue with the staggered start, as this worked well in 2022.
For those that would like to help with making flags, marking out, putting flags on bins, placing into position, and signage, if you could arrive between 8.00 – 8.30 am to garage 1 & 2 / 3 & 4 (the garages have been renumbered, so the same garages as last year), that would be great.
For those who wish to help with the packing of goodie bags (trying to keep the add ins less again), decorating the garages, etc., if you could arrive around 9.30 to garages 3 & 4 that would be wonderful.
On the Sunday (20th August), as always we need volunteers for parking of cars in the morning, Marshalling areas, and a few for handing out bags at gates A & AA. If you can help with this, please let me know your preferences. Due to ongoing construction in Area D we have ceased parking display vehicles in that area for the foreseeable future, and extended last year’s E2 – renaming it Area F (the area opposite E). So we have 5 Areas to Marshal - A, B, C, E & F.
As always, any help you can give is GREATLY APPRECIATED.
If you can please reply to this email, with your confirmation of attending, which days you can help, and preferences for job allocations you would like, this will help me in placing the volunteers and with the catering requirements.
