This is our showpiece event for the year and we are nearly ready to go
except for a few final details.

Hello again
As our big day gets closer there are still plenty of jobs that we need volunteers for, to help the day run smoothly.
At present we've had a great response to the request made for judging the cars and other tasks.
At present this is the list as it stands.
JUDGING
Hilton Bennett, Adrian Sinclair, Chris Dubois, Grant Smith, John Marin, Steve Cady, John Crisafi, Brett McEnally, Jeremy Bennett,

PARKING of CARS
Jim Campbell, Dave Lalor, Glenn Zeall, Adrian Gauci.
RAFFLE TICKET SALES and PROCESSING

Bar-B-Cue and FOOD HANDLING

During the day as the busiest operation will be food and drink sales
around the Bar-B-Cue, there will be times when the guys and girls will need a break, so if you see a need there, please give them a hand.

Hello Guy, unfortunately I will not be able to make the Concourse day this year as I have a family wedding up the coast and won't be back in time.
I hope the day is very successful (as it always is) and I will look forward to seeing the photos.

Hello Everyone
For those that may be wondering, and are watching the weather forecast, please be advised that the Concours and Display Day is on rain or shine.
From past experience the forecast for Sydney is not necessarily the same for Camden as it is a long way from the coastal influence.
Let's keep our fingers crossed that the sun will be shining and we can have a great day.
