As no one have posted for 3 months and this is our big day just letting people know it is now less than 2 weeks away.

As PJ has said, our big event happens on Sunday 6th November.
Flyers and brochures have been produced and distributed. From advice received we anticipate that there will be a good participation from visiting Car Clubs such as the CAP Club, ACT Small Ford Owners Club and the Hunter British Ford Group to name a few.
Advertising of the event has been carried out in the Club Newsletter and the Club Magazine. Approaches have been made to local radio station and newspapers to advertise our event.
Trophies have been organised and are in production.
Sponsors have been secured and arrangements made for the day.
A list of Concours Day duties has been formulated and resources assigned. Notwithstanding this, we would gratefully accept further volunteers to help out on the day.
We are now hoping for good weather on the day, and more importantly, a strong participation from Club Members and their cars.
Come along and support the Club on this our premier Club event for the year. We are hoping to make this the best one yet.

What a great day we had for the concourse and display day, thanks to all who attended and made this such a successful day.
Thank you to all the members, sponsors,visitors and volunteers who helped make it such a wonderful day, especially the girls for their efforts around the BBQ.
This is such a wonderful venue for our display day and look forward to the future events held here.

| Considering we are in an electronic world with our very own Forum and it has been 8 days since our big show day and we still do not have any list of Trophy winners and pics of their cars. I had official duties all day so I didn't take my camera or ipad or I would have the pics up for all to see. I think even the banks are clearing Cheques faster than 8 days now. |
