This event is a great weekend away & is hosted by the ACT Small Ford Owners Club & attracts small Ford enthusiasts from all over the country.

It starts on Friday with a meet & greet. Then on Saturday there is an observation run which takes you around some of the scenic back roads of the ACT. It finishes at Molonglo Reach park where there is a show & shine & the awards get handed out.
On the Sunday we all get together for Breakfast & then go for a scenic cruise to the Gundaroo Colonial Inn on the outskirts of town.

I will get to uploading the photos on here when I get home, but I have started uploading a few photos to the clubs facebook page if you want to check them out here.

Thanks Jim - and yes, there was more than one Escort there. Could have knocked me down with a feather.

Here are the shots from day two.

We met up at Red Hill lookout for breakfast before or cruise to Gundaroo.

After a scenic run through Canberra & past some of the landmarks like parliament house we dropped into the war memorial for a quick look around

We then proceeded to Gundaroo for lunch at the pub.

Cheers Laurie, its a shame you couldn't make it. They are a great weekend away.

Don't worry I have some more shots!

After lunch was the trip home.

I went home via Yass & thought I would take a shortcut instead of going the long way via the highway. When I hit the point of no return the road turned into gravel.

It was a pretty nice road though with some great scenery & this nice old wooden bridge

I stopped into Yass for some fuel for the last leg home & stopped into the old railway station, which is a time warp.

Luckily the wildlife behaved themselves on the way home. But one of the guys from Victoria cleaned up a roo on the way to the muster, luckily it wasn't damaged to bad

& couple more shots from the trip home
