Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting
The Small Ford Car Club of NSW will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 5th August 2015 at the Revesby Workers Club. The meeting will be held in the Whitlam Theatre starting at 7.45pm to transact the following business;
• To confirm the minutes of the 2014 Annual General meeting held on 6th August 2014.
• To receive, consider the Clubs Financial Report for year ended 30th June 2015.
• To nominate and vote on all Executive Committee positions and all General Committee positions.
• To transact any other business with permission of the Chair.
To attend and vote at this meeting each member must be a Full Member and must be financially current. Members who wish to renew their membership will be entitled to do so prior to the commencement of the Annual General Meeting.
