G'day mate, Shay here, I was a member a while back (black TE), Roy knows the one, I lived just round the corner from him in Milperra. Anyway, I've re joined the cort game with a tunnel rammed, twin carbed TC, with a c4 and mini spooled 9 inch. I wish to rejoin the club asap. I have the required form, but I don't really trust Australia post sending cash. Is there any social event organised prior to the next meeting or am I best off to wait? |

Hi Shay our next event is NRMA Motorfest on the 26th however you can send the membership fee as a money order from Aust Post, by the way membership fee is only $20 at the moment as we are 1/2 way thru the year. I'll keep a eye out for it at the post box and update you to the members only side of the forum when it comes through, I'll email you as well. |

Hello mate, I would like to come to the next meeting and join the Small Fords club, I have a Cortina Mrk2 1971 (a work in progress but now registered).
I just have a question about your monthly meetings, two of my sons are 16 and 17 and want to come along, do you hold the meeting in a part of the Revesby Workers Club where they can go?
One of my Sons also has a small ford (79 Escort) so he is looking to join as well.

Hi Glenn, your more than welcome to come along. Im pretty sure if your sons are accompanied by you, they should be able to come to a meeting, the room is off to the side of the bistro area. Roy will be able to confirm this for us. It sounds like you have some nice cars in the family, we would be happy to have you and your sons as members |

No problem with them attending as we are in a family section of the club (bistro area). Look forward to seeing you there. |

Roy Do you still do the membership cards. The one which still takes pride of place in my wallet say 05/06. Do you think this out of date? Thanks Mark |

Oh no Mark did you throw out you complementry 07/08 wallet with the m/ship card in it. I'll send you a new one (m/ship card). I send them out with the magazine straight after renewal usually in the mag pages so they don't get thrown out with the envelope. |

Hey there Roy and Phil, i dont mean to impose but do yo you have an affiliate club in Victoria (SFCCV) maybe??
I've purchased a small ford recently since moving to OZ and would like to get more involved in cruises, weekend runs (like the mega cruise) but would like to start out local first. (SE suburbs in Vic)
do you guys have any suggestions ? thanks Aaron |

Kia ora We're just a NSW based club, but there are a few like minded clubs in Vic depending on what you bought. There is a Mk1 Cortina club, Capri club and a Ralley Sport club it deals with a few small Fords not just RS's. To bad your not up here on the better side of the border. Vic's a little like NZ just more traffic and yobs. |

Cheers Roy
Yes there is heaps more traffic down here than at home and plenty of yobos too, I have already been hit by a B double which wipped out our first car (97 hyundai lantra)
Will keep an eye out for All Ford Day dates, keen to make the trip up to check out your rides in NSW. I went to the Small Ford Day in Bundoora earlier this year which was awesome, never seen so many Escorts on show.
I bought a 74 Mk1 Escort coupe from maxrs in Queensland which was advertised on classicfordforum, thats where I found SFCC NSW |
