All Ford Day tickets available for 29 July 2012, arrive at the track at 8am, there will be no entry after 9am. SFCC is located on turn 1 again, the same location as last year. Cortinas are sought for a special display. Volunteers are required for this coming Sunday (8th) at 9am for walk through. We are responsible for parking of pre-paid cars and our club display. Historic drivers will be present to sign memorabilia. No FPV or Ford sponsorship. The venue has now requested $20,000 fee for the day when initially it was $10,000.00 so it is now likely the last year the event will be at Eastern Creek.

Vice President Peter Meyer Declined

Treasurer Hilton Bennett Geoff Scott Absent
Secretary Sharee Melville John Geoff Yes
General Committee Theo said to be nominated by the committee.

2. Magazine
Theo advised there was an issue with the non-supply of the magazine and a request by a member to roll over the membership. He said that the membership is not only about the magazine it is about getting the car out and enjoying it.
Hermann K advised he has never received a magazine.
Theo said the magazine is donated by Jeffrey’s Printing and supply of it has been unreliable because the printer was ill and recently passed away. As a result the last run was only 60 magazines.
Theo said when supply is an issue the first preference will be given to those at the meetings and the next recipients will essentially be a name out of the hat. An enquiry by a member was made as to placing the magazine onto the Forum. Theo advised he was trying to do that, however, the files of the recent editions were too large to place onto the Forum.
As noted before, the magazine is now quarterly.

Meeting closed: 9.02pm
