Here's a bunch of my pics from the weekend. It was a great road trip, with few issues, apart from Steve's blown tyre 2km from the motel.

The trip down:

The Saturday arvo wash up.
We used most of Melbournes water supply. There were 2 fire hoses doing the rounds to get the cars washed. Don't let Wayne near a fire hose again

The show.
An excellent show, but the wind was howling. The tents were soon packed up before they ended up in Tassie. PJ was standing down-wind of Smcka's setup waiting for the carbon bumpers to land

It looks like Jim is getting a right bollocking from this bloke!
(he was actually telling him that the bonnet release was on that side of the car)

The trip home.
The wind was blowing the car around everywhere, and about 70km out of Albury there was a massive storm that followed us all the way in. There were branches and stick flying everywhere, and it bucketed down. Lucky we missed the middle of it. Then once it was dark we played dodge the semi back to the highlands, then dodge the wildlife back to home. Made it by 12:45am. Thanks for travelling back with me too Steve (Cady), its good to have someone else with you.

Thanks for sharing your photos Peter, as usual I had the camera along but got caught up chatting and enjoying the weekend I hardly took any.

Another great weekend away with plenty of drinking, eating and laughing. Three of us won trophies on the day while some of us cleaned up on the raffle prizes.

Here is the NSW contingent just before the show.

And a photo of the trophy winner for "Best MK1 Escort, 2nd Place".

Peter Meyer picked up a trophy for "Best MK2 Cortina, 2nd Place", while Wayne Champion's Panel Van won "Best Commercial".

Along the way we stopped in at the RS Shop in Albury, where we got a tour of the shop & saw a few projects including this sad site which is getting fixed up. It should polish out.

Well it was Small Ford Sunday, these were the smallest Fords that I could find
