Membership now 157, have affiliations due to CAMS and CFC.

Best financial status for a long time.
CMC & All British Association – No reports as Hilton was ill and unable to attend the meetings.
CFC Report – Theo reports: AGM later this month (Nov.) Prior meeting report – new website going ahead. Trying to improve AFD by additional electronic signage prior to the event, advertising on TV was deemed too expensive, looking at magazines by developing contacts list to advertise and get content, reviewing the public transport issue including the use of a shuttle bus from the Great Western Highway to the track. The feature model for AFD 2012 is to celebrate 50 years of Cortina. We are looking at a combined MkI Cortina display with the CAPs club.
For Sales: *Matt (visitor) selling 2 x MkI 72 manuals (one rolling shell, one complete) 2 dr and 1974 Panel van and lots of parts at Bringelly, would like to sell as a single lot $7500-$8000 the lot. Details with Geoff Bayliss and will be posted on the forum. *1976 Escort Ghia 4 dr Rego until 8/12/2011 on forum.
Wanted: *Head for 1600 crossflow and fuel pump – Hermann K (visitor) has a 1979 Panel van which he is rebuilding found our club details on the internet. *Brian wants 1100 diff 4:4 ratio.
Socials, Racing, Displays and Shows
Past – Harry’s Café de Wheels Liverpool Monday 10 October 2011 7pm, new cars from Facebook page members, next one 14 November 2011 at 7pm. Mystery Run Sunday 16 October 2011, started at Narellan McDonalds on Camden Valley Way ending at Wiseman’s Ferry, 18-19 small fords and some others participated. There was some controversy especially about what constituted a tractor! Winner: Liam & Co-driver AND Steve & Ann. Photos on the Forum.

Harry’s Café de Wheels Liverpool Monday 14 November 2011 at 7pm.
Concourse and Display Day 2011 Haigh’s Park Bridges Rd Moorebank on Sunday 6 November 2011, 18 trophies. Jim Campbell raised the possibility of patches rather than the transfer style t-shirts of previous years. Peter Meyer started a discussion regarding the possibility of parking concourse cars together to assist with judging. Will consider for next year’s event.
Forgotten Ford Sunday – 20 November 2011 at 10am at Parramatta Park at picnic area. Hosted by Capri CC and RS Owners Club of NSW. We need to RSVP – Theo Bruce and Peter attending and interest shown by a number of others. Details on the forum.
Christmas Party change of date to Sunday 27 November 2011 at Garry Joel’s Castle Hill Workshop, GazSpeed Fabrication 7 Hoyle Ave Castle Hill from 11:30am, details will be on the website and Forum.
NRMA Motorfest 26 January 2012, will be an item of Interest only not as a Club Event. Theo advises members to get entries in quickly to avoid disappointment.
Small Ford Sunday in Victoria – a club trip will be planned
Wakefield Track Day – possibly September 2012 either Sat. 8thor Sun 9th.
