Some updated info below for those wishing to attend.

Small Ford Round Up No.2

Hi all,
Just an update re the latest with our 2nd Small Ford Round Up for next year. Departing Saturday morning 11th, stopping at Panthers Port Macquarie for lunch, where both Hunter and New England members will meet, along with our friends from similiar clubs coming including CAP Club. The Mid North Coast Ford Owners Club will be invited to join us here also. Afterwards on our final leg of the journey, we'll arrive at our destination, the Nambucca Motel. Once check in and unpacking has been taken care of, it will be time for the usual car park socialising with the members of the British Ford Car Club QLD [just like Inverell last year!]
Dinner will be served in our dining room, followed by entertainment such as celebrity head etc, our own juke box and dancing.
Sunday Morning, after a hot breakfast, we'll assemble for a very scenic day trip to via great country winding roads, to our lunch destination - the Heritage Hotel. After returning to our motel, some more car park activity, followed again by dinner, some more entertainment, and then a donation to a very worthy local charity.
Monday morning before we bid our farewells, a group shot of every one and all the cars, then heading home.
Just reminding those that would like to be a part of this great weekend, please advise me asap, and we need your deposit paid asap to secure your accommodation. Only 30 rooms are available, and at this stage, we may not be able to arrange a back up motel for the same package price, as organised in last years Inverell long weekend event.
Total cost per couple, for a 2 night stay, inclusive of 2 breakfasts, lunch on Sunday, 2 Dinners, juke box hire, goodies bag, and commemorative item is $360. Deposit required is half the total cost, ie $180, which is required asap. Please remember, our Motel has only 30 rooms, and they are filling up fast, so first in first served. Our motel is located approx 500 metres of the highway, and your car will be parked straight outside your motel door. We have our own dining room, dance floor, and bar area, and the motel grounds are very picuresque, backing onto the river. Your fee is slightly higher than quoted to us from the motel, as this will include a free lunch on the Sunday etc as mentioned, and any left over monies will be donated to a worthy charity. Can you please make your cheque $180.00 out to HUNTER BRITISH FORD GROUP Inc. Should you wish to pay a higher amount, that is fine. Balance owing is payable to the motel upon arrival.
So that's it folks, get in early and avoid the risk oif missing out. More details to come once confirmed, and on behalf of the committee of the Hunter British Ford Group, we look forward to seeing you all again at our Small Ford Round Up No.2
