What is the best way for non SFCC members to pay their deposit? Is direct deposit an option? There is a guy from RSOC interested in coming along to the track day so needs to pay his holding deposit. He is also wondering if there are supp regs for the event?

...and another question. What is the latest with regards to lap timing? Will there be any on the day and if so, how?

I am currently looking at iphone apps which are capable of lap timing and mapping other telemetry. There are mixed reviews however on just how reliable they are, so don't want to cough up the dough for an app if I don't have to.

I am sure you can now pay by direct deposit, $195 (150+45 membership)
No Supp regs, this is a private track day event...The normal expected gentry behaviour expected...

Phil will have to answer. I have used the "ye olde" stop watch for timing and some mates; also the "in car" camera monitoring the seconds...

Being a member of RSOC, the cost should be $170... shouldn't it?

That's what I figured re: supp regs... I will pass on the info, thanks.

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update on the final pricing structure for the day

SFCC Members $150
Invited Club Members $170 - Invited Clubs are currently HBFG,RSOC,CAP and Capri Clubs.
Non Club Members $195 - which includes SFCC Membership.

Please note that club membership is required for public liability cover for the day.

You will need either a current CAMS L2S licence(or higher) or a current Wakefield licence to run.

You wont get more time on the track in one day than you will at this event

Hi Guys,

I've some how missed this latest conversation

Yes RSOC members can get on board for $170, direct deposit to the club account isnt available as yet but I can take the direct deposit and get it to Hilton.

Timing is shaping up to be a $700 extra...we need to do the math and see if it is feasable. Will confirm either way early next week.

Cheers,

Phil.

Phil,
If you have any spare places, count me in.
I've been chatting to Sean and he said to contact you here.
I've never been to WPR before and the Focus needs a run.
How do I pay you the deposit etc?
PM me with the details etc.

Nice one!

This will add a new level of interest and excitement to the day. Sure racing around the track is plenty of fun, but if you can see your times throughout the day, you can gauge how much you (hopefully) improve and work out what you did differently to improve.
