Hilton pretty much summed it up in his "inspirational" speach at the trophy presentation. It was a great day!! One to remember!!
My thanks go to the helpers in the BBQ tent. Second year we have done the Barby and both times we sold out twice over so we must be doing something right.
Thanks to the members and visitors for supporting it by buying the food and drinks and to Roy and Hilton for getting the supplies together.

let's see if we can break another record next year!!

Thank you everyone in our great club for the effort in organising yet another wonderful event.
To the members for showing their cars and showing such interest in
everyone elses it's more than a show and shine display day, I had some very interesting conversations with lots of people I hadn't met
before. Above all the weather once again SUPERB especially arranged for our Victorian mates. It would be a thought if consideration could be given to a possible visit to their turf in future.

Definately an absolutely AWSOME!!! day out Again, many thanks to our fellow members for making the day such a success

Geoff, I think Eddie hit the nail on the head with his comments on your Lotus Cortina...definately food for thought. Its got to be possibly the best unrestored example in the world Stephen Roser from the RSOC also commented on how good it was

There were alot of new cars out this year which made the day even better and there were possibly 20-30 members cars not out on display this year...that means we have a very real chance of seeing an event with over 100 cars on display in coming years...even Flower Power will be to small

A Great Day for SFCC, a sad day for me that I could not make it due to work commitments AGAIN!!!! I always get upset not being able to bring the car down and catch up with all my friends in the club.(Yes Russell that does include you). To Roy,Hilton and Phil and committee members congrats on a great day. Next year I will arrange to have some leave so I can again make it to our biggest day of the year. Also looking forward to a run down to Victoria to return the effort the boys put in to come to our show.

I agree with all your comments, a great display of some beautiful cars. Good to meet a few members and also to join the club, and get some some valuable info on restoring my car. Hopefully I can have it ready for the next year.
