The committee has put together a run on 25 October 2020 that will satisfy all restrictions that are currently in place leaving from Uncle Leo's at Casula with a limit of 20 attendees. An attendance form must be returned to secure your spot.
If you wish to be involved in the run you will find a form within the October newsletter that is to be filled in and sent back to the committee in order to be eligible to join the event. There will be no exceptions to the rule that if there is no form received by the committee you will not be joining in the run, as we need to ensure strict compliance due to the COVID-19 restrictions and do not want anyone to be disappointed if they turn up and cannot proceed on to the run. If however you wish to attend and do not have the facility to scan, print out the form, and submit it then you must call to let us know of your non-compliance.
The run will end at a site with plenty of parking and open space but no food outlet so you will have to provide your own refreshments and lunch!
The run will be capped at 20 participants, on a "first in first served" basis. If you return a form but numbers are already filled we will endeavour to hold another run in November and those who returned forms after we reached 20 will have first priority for the next run. |

Kind of happy that I didn't go, as I have been trying to get the tune back in my car after breaking a dissy. Then I had the alternator die on the drive home from the gym this morning, just my luck at the moment |
